Class Experience

US Grade 2 - 5
Draw Insects : Animals in Nature & Art Drawing summer camp is a 50 minute nature and drawing course. Mixing art, mazes, and facts about insects. Classes begin with a brief warm-up and introduction to the insect. The main lesson is a live drawing and story about the animal. Learners will be able to see my face following the progress of my drawing hand on Zoom or work ahead during the demonstration.

Learners will also learn about facts about that weeks insect. We discuss the insects features, eating, habitat and predators. We will discuss practical ways that we can help the animal to through conservation.

Draw Insects : Animals in Nature & Art Drawing Adventure is intro nature and art class that introduces students to overcoming the fear of drawing and learners can ask specific questions for their specific art experience. The nature of animals mixed with the creativity of drawing makes this a easy fun class to learn about nature.

Thanks for visiting my profile. I'm offering classes under the frame work of Mazing U. My classes are geared toward teaching the learner to become the best version of themselves through self expression. My classes center around mazes or mazeology and a style of art I created. Focused on progressions I teach the learner basics shapes of life to inspire confidence.

A self taught teacher and artist my journey for both started with the birth of my first son. Inspired by his attempts to speak I started writing children's books. This started my love of teaching as well when I volunteered to read to his pre school classes. 13 years later I have 8 years teaching my own free art classes and substitute teaching experience k-12 in 50 different schools, My art career started as a way to save money for illustrations for my books. However I created a unique style that introduced working mazes to all my art. 1200 + art mazes later I look forward to using my mazing style of drawing to teach the youth how to create.

My philosophy is to Inspire my learners to find or fulfill their purpose through the chosen curriculum. I seek to help students to explore through art allowing confidence through self expression.

I love to freestyle rap and enjoy rapping and telling stories to my classes!
