Students will learn how to sketch a girls face from front and side views. They will learn where to place facial features, and then have some fun adding hairstyles to their sketches. They will have the opportunity to work on their own ideas also.
My main hobby and passion is art. I spend a lot of my spare time sketching, trying out interesting projects for my prospective learners. I love painting, mostly landscapes, but also modern art portraits and animal sketching. I love teaching children and I am looking forward to sharing some of my techniques with my new learners.
Some sheets of paper to draw on. Typing paper is fine too. Pencil and eraser. Fine black marker or sharpie for outlining finished sketches. Optional coloured pencils or crayons if learners like to colour their drawings.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
