Beginner Level
Learn sign language in 30 minutes with this one-time class, which is better than a YouTube video! The teacher actually interacts with and helps students with their signs in real time. If you are on the fence about joining an ASL course, try it before you buy it here! Learn common ASL signs and ASL descriptive signs. These are fundamental signs you'll use to craft your first ASL phrases. Please remember, students should have their video cameras on so the teacher can help them form their signs correctly. We encourage everyone to participate by moving their hands to show signs. This will be a fun, interactive class. We can't wait to see all of you! What will we learn? 1. ABC 2. Numbers 1-10 3. Ms.Trina is the founder of ASL Kids Club and has over 20 years of experience teaching and working in school districts with both Deaf and hearing children. This extensive background has allowed her to hand-select each teacher to ensure that students receive top-tier instruction.
Our educators boast impressive credentials and experiences:
- One teacher has spent over two decades as an Educational Interpreter and Tutor, working closely with deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Their passion for sign language is driven by personal experiences with Deaf family members.
- Another teacher is proficient in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, American Sign Language, and Nicaraguan Sign Language. With over 10 years of teaching experience, they have served in various roles such as teaching, assisting, and mentoring students and interpreters.
- We also have a Deaf educator with expertise in speech, lipreading, and sign language. Their patience and kindness have positively impacted many students through their work as a tutor and assistant teacher at the School for the Deaf.
Together, our team is committed to providing an enriching ASL learning experience that accommodates diverse backgrounds and fosters growth.
