Description

Class Experience

In this makeup course, students will learn all about skin types, the history of makeup brands, and even get the opportunity to practice creating their own full face of their choice. At the beginning of class, we will have a short introduction and a few minutes of time for the learners to interact with each other. Next, we will go through a slideshow and an description of each makeup product will be given along with a short tutorial of how to use each product on the face. Then, we will jump to...

Students will gain knowledge of what each makeup product is used for, in what area of the face is the product most commonly used, and also some background history of some popular brands.

Makeup Products Required:
-foundation
-concealer
-blush
-bronzer
-contour
-setting powder
-setting spray (optional)
-mascara
-eyeliner
-at least 1 eyeshadow palette 
-either a lipstick or a lipgloss
-highlighter (optional)
-eyelashes (optional)

Note: You may include any other products that you have at home that you would like to use as well

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

As we are going to be using makeup products on the skin, please be aware of any possible allergies that your child may have. If your child has extremely sensitive skin or acne prone skin, please take precaution when purchasing your materials for this class.
