Class Experience

Hi there! In this course, we'll be learning the song Count On Me by Bruno Mars on the ukulele. This is a very interactive 1-on-1 private ukulele lesson with the focus on learning a song. We are going to learn a lot in 25 minutes! The chords included in this class are C, G, F, Am, and Em. We'll be reviewing the chords needed to play this song, the rhythm and timing of it all, strumming pattern, tips and tricks with transitioning from chord to chord, and more based on the needs of the student!

I *HIGHLY RECOMMEND* that the student knows how to play at least 2 chords before taking this class. This class is perfect for someone who has just learned their first song (usually with 2-4 chords) and is looking for the next level!
Please download or print out the provided pdf BEFORE class.

Please be familiar with the song, that way you can sing along while you play, however singing is optional!!
I keep the class size 1-on-1 to insure that each child succeeds! This class is a wonderful opportunity for your child to get live 1-on-1 feedback from a teacher while learning a new song!

PLEASE TUNE YOUR UKULELE BEFORE CLASS :) This can take up time in the lesson that was meant for learning the song.

I like to be friendly and fun and encourage a love for music like I have! Music is its own language and I want to make it as easy as possible for your kids!

**REFUND POLICY: Refunds will not take place if you cancel the day of your class OR a no show occurs.
