Hi there! In this course, we'll be learning the song A Million Dreams from The Greatest Showman on the ukulele. This is a 2 class song! We will meet for the first class and learn the bulk of the song. The student will have a week to practice and get comfortable with what they learned. Then we will meet for a second time to review, learn a little bit more, and get some feedback from the teacher 1-on-1 using the breakoff rooms in zoom. We'll be reviewing the chords needed to play this song, the rhythm and timing of it all, strumming pattern, and more based on the needs of the class! I will provide a pdf with chords and lyrics of the song as their guide. The song is about 1minute and 45 seconds long. The video attached to this listing has a snippet of the song so you can get an idea of what we'll be learning! I curated this shorter/solo version of the song myself, so you won't be seeing something so personalized for a younger ukulele player anywhere else! Please know the song before class, that way you can sing along while you play! Being familiar with a few chords (like C, G, D, or Am) will help aid you in this class. Important: Please have your ukulele tuned before class starts! I like to be friendly and fun and encourage a love for music like I have! Music is it's own language and I want to make it as easy as possible for your kids!
