I'm a fun loving energetic Bollywood dance teacher who believes anybody can learn 5 simple bollywood moves in 5 minutes. With all my experiences combined, I strive to teach in a way where dance movements can be compared to and memorized with things that we see around us and motivate learners to manage their dance movements in accordance to the beats, with energy and grace. I started learning dance at age 4 and growing up in India, I learnt Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Semi-classical, Contemporary and Bollywood dance forms. As a professional, my experience includes being part of a dance crew for 16+ years where I performed in several concerts, competitions and festivals. I have been teaching kids, teens and adults of different skill levels and age groups for 9+ years. I currently live in Minnesota with my husband & daughter. I'm completely thrilled to start sharing my dancing technique and choreography with children here on outschool. Come and explore Bollywood dance with me!
