I have over 20 years of leadership experience in government, human services, and educational settings. I have implemented and facilitated leadership training programs for mid-level managers at law enforcement agencies with an emphasis on implementing evidence-based practices. I am also a credentialed Certified Public Manager through an accredited leadership program approved by the National Certified Public Manager Consortium.
