Leaders step into a place where their leadership skills are maximized and developed. Attend one time only or set your schedule to attend once a week where we explore various topics according to your interest and your preference in leadership. You can select from the following leadership topics: *Leading with Confidence *Emotional Intelligence *Self- Awareness *Mindfulness and Leadership *Speaking with Confidence *Social Awareness *Growth Mindset Each learner will end their session with action steps for incorporating their leadership skills into their day. Learning Goals
1. Learners will select a topic os their choice and discuss strategies for leadership success around that topic.2. Learners will end each session with an action plan based upon the topic of discussion and how they can integrate the leadership tool into their daily actions.
