Class Experience

Students will learn skills they can use in their day to day life. How to see the humor in things, how to make new positive associations with negative feelings, how to connect with gratitude and a balanced sense of self pride, and how to spread joy and laughter to others.
I love laughing for no reason! It has helped me in so many ways. It gets me out of a mental funk, increases energy, lightens perspective,  encourages a sense of humor, increases confidence, improves focus, and strengthens the immune system! I've been participating in it for almost a year now and have learned the techniques. I have 10 years experience with kids from working at a public school. I am intuitive in knowing what they need to feel motivated to do something out of the box.  And I'm fun, so they'll want to participate!
Please allow enough room to stand up, stretch, dance and deep breathe with arms stretched out while doing these exercises. Thank you! And please consider taking this class again, as repetition helps you learn the skill!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Students will receive an informal assessment at the end of the class through verbal questions.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
