These sessions provide extra assistance for Latin 1 and 2 students who want to receive further explanation on homework and/or enhance their current skills.
Class experience
I will cover the material which students request: questions on homework, review for quizzes/exams, or further explanations on certain points. These sessions are all about helping students advance in Latin in a small group setting (no more than four students). Students can come to me with their questions on Latin and collaborate with peers who may have the same questions and/or who are looking for extra help on the same topics. I have taught Latin for over twelve years to students ages ten through college level. I have used several Latin texts throughout my career including Wheelock, Ecce Romani, Cambridge, Oxford, and Jenney's. I have worked with AP Latin students, prepped students for the National Latin Exam, and have done individual Latin tutoring since undergraduate studies. I hold an MA in Classical Studies from Tufts University.
