Class Experience
In this class, students will learn colours in French by interacting with each other and the teacher. They will learn through repetition and voice variation, both key components in language acquisition. Students will have the opportunity to learn and identify the different colours of the rainbow (les coleurs de l'arc en ciel). Class will begin with introductions, where the students will have the chance to tell the teacher where they're from. We will then jump into learning the colours in...
Students will learn how to identify the colours of the rainbow in French and practice by talking about the colours of various objects in the classroom.
I grew up in a bilingual household here in Canada and we spoke both French and English growing up. Learning multiple languages is a great tool for world travellers, and it is a fantastic tool to stimulate your brain. I love speaking French and cannot wait to share my love of this language with you!
There is no homework! Students are encouraged to practice using their new vocabulary around the home to practice.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
