Class Experience
Grammar and language learning does not need to be boring! I am upbeat, fun, interactive, and love to share my grammar geekiness with others in a safe, warm, fun environment! But grammar overload isn’t the best strategy for any learner, so this class is 25 minutes and paced to maintain interest! Based upon third grade common core language arts standards, this class focuses on grammar usage. Students will practice grammar corrections, new vocabulary/spelling, and a new grammar skill each week....

I am the published author of over 25 books for children and have sold over 20000 copies on Amazon since 2012. Book series include BE THE VET, EVIE AND THE VOLUNTEERS, HAZEL: THE CLINIC CAT, NILES AND BRADFORD, CLARA AND TUNI, AND THIRD GRADE OUTSIDER. I give school talks to students about the writing process and encourage the following of one's passions and commitment to hard work despite setbacks.
