Class Experience
What will be taught: Students learn what is a subject and predicate in sentences. Students learn the rules that have two parts.. Students correct some sentences fragments by adding a subject. Students will do some exercises to practice subjects and predicates. Students will write a short writing prompt using subject and predicates in their sentences. Students will understand how to write complete sentences with subject and predicates. Students will understand the rules for two parts of a sentence.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental guidance is helpful in case of technical difficulty or help for logging on to the zoom. Students do not need any expensive toys, furnishings or other items. They do need well designed space that is safe for the student to do activities/projects. Parental guidance is necessary incase student needs help with an activity with guidance. Such as gluing, cutting with scissors etc. There are no third party websites that will be used for each week for the lessons or signing in for accounts.
