In this 6 Unit Language Arts class for 4th graders, I will be using Language Arts Workbook from Harcourt Family Learning Grade 4. We will be meeting Twice a week until our workbook is finished.

In this class I will be teaching using the Language Arts workbook By Harcourt Family Learning. The topics we will cover in this class are Parts of Speech, Sentences, Mechanics, Vocabulary and Usage, Writing and Research Skills. All you will need for your student is your workbook and we will meet two times a week until the student's workbook is finished. This class will be great if your child needs a little extra practice in these areas. There are over 100 lessons that provide the opportunity for your child to practice and apply important Language and writing skills.

I have found using workbooks such as the one we will be using in this class is a great way to sharpen skills, prepare for tests or help a struggling student. When using these workbooks with my own children and students I have had a great experience with them... Not only is it fun, but it's also not too long and draining for the students.
