I am a STEAM Erichment Instructor for Children ages 5 -18. I have taught fusion -inspired cooking, baking, and art classes and camps for over 10 years.
2 files available upon enrollmentThe recipes will be sent out prior to class starting. All ingredients can be purchase at your local farmer's markets and grocery stores. TOOL LIST 1. A big/ medium bowl 2. 2-3 small prep bowls 3. 1 large skillet 4. Cutting board 5. A knife: chef knife , pairing knife, or clear plastic knife with grooves on the blades. (one that they are most comfortable with) 6. Rubber spatula and regular spatula 7. A small spoon and fork 8. Zester or grater 9. A small pot or a Rice cooker 10. Cooking spoons 11. Measuring spoons and Cups 12. Sheet ban or baking tray
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Since we will be using, knives, blenders, the stove top, oven, hot baking pans, graters, etc. parental supervision is advised for assistance when needed.
