Class Experience

Class Structure:

Class 1: Sunday, 1/9/2022 In this class, students will continue to work on their knitting project that they started in the beginner class. The students will get continued help and guidance casting on 5 stitches and then knitting each row. 

Class 2: Sunday, 1/16/2022 For this class, students will continue their wrist band project with 5 stitches, but this time, we will practice fixing mistakes like dropping a stitch or a whole row and picking it all back up.

In this ongoing class, students will continue to knit a simple wrist band project taught by a former Waldorf student and the son of a Full Time Waldorf Handwork Teacher.

I have been knitting off and on my whole life, I graduated from a Waldorf High School, and am the son of a Full Time Handwork Teacher.

- 2x knitting needles (size No. 13 or a size close to that) preferably shorter needles if you have a choice.
- any super bulky weight yarn (light color because dark colors are a lot more difficult to catch mistakes)

55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
