During this one time class, we will be talking about the KitchenAid Mixer. I will be teaching students all about the KitchenAid by showing them what one looks like, to how we can use this mixer for different cooking needs. We will discuss all of the settings, speeds and accessories. This class will be a mix of me showing them as well as looking at several different models online at their website. I have owned my KitchenAid mixer for several years now, and have used the attachments many times to create baked goods and homemade dinners from scratch.

When mixer is on, be careful of lose clothing that it doesn't get stuck. Do turn off mixer or disperser, waiting for all motion to stop, before removing items. Remember, any moving part is a hazard. Don't try to pull out something caught in the machine while it is running
