Description
Class Experience
Calling all Keyblade Masters! If you’re a Kingdom Hearts fan, you’ve come to the right place. In this ongoing club, we’ll meet once a week to discuss all things Kingdom Hearts, including games in the series, favorite characters, worlds, music, theories, news, and much more! Before each meeting, a discussion topic will be posted in the Outschool classroom for you to think about. We’ll start off the session talking about these topics, but we might completely change the subject, depending on...
This class is taught in English.
Although this is more like an after-school club than an academic class, students will still inevitably strengthen their social skills, critical thinking skills, and the use of their imagination, all while making new friends with similar interests!
I'm a really big Kingdom Hearts fan! I've played each game in the series multiple times, have cosplayed characters at conventions, participated in fan panels, and written my own fair share of analysis and theory in online fan spaces. Oh, and I'm also an experienced K-12 English teacher who has taught both in-person and virtual classes over the past several years.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour 25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
