Description

Class Experience

This will be an interactive class and we will discuss the many ways that our words can affect others.  Words have power and can be used to demonstrate kindness and genuine care, which will touch others in a positive way.

We will talk about The Golden Rule and empathy.  These kindness skills are key to our Emotional Intelligence and also to a happy amygdala :) 

As we share our ideas together, we can talk about ways to change our words to match our intention to show respect and encouragement....
