Let's spread kindness! Discussions about kindness and how to spread kindness are important to discuss at a young age. In this course we will discuss what kindness means. We will also discuss ways to be kind to ourselves, others, nature and the planet. We will be learning through discussion and questions, as well as a read aloud.
