Assessment
The assessment is the completion of the final project and participation in each class.

Join me for lively Spanish sessions filled with singing, movement, and games! Each class promises engaging activities, ensuring sustained enthusiasm throughout!  Building upon previous classes, Part 3 will delve deeper into our conversations. Students learn to count by 10s to 100, discuss hobbies, name days of the week, identify rooms in a house, and much more! Completing "Elementary Beginner Spanish Part 1"  and "Elementary Beginner Spanish Part 2" or at least 1 year of beginner Spanish experience is recommended.

Week 1 Topics:  (Lessons 1-2)
I know frequently used classroom phrases. 
I can count by 10s to 100. 
I can name my favorite color. 
I know helpful Spanish phrases.  (I don’t know.  Help me!  How do you say?)
I can have a mini-conversation.  (name, feelings)

Week 2 Topics: (Lessons 3-4)
I can count by 10s to 100.
I can say what day it is. (learn days of the week)
I can say where I live. 
I can say if a place is a city or town. 

Week 3 & 4 Topics: (Lessons 5, 6, 7, 8)
I can count by 10s to 100.
I can name rooms in a house. (la oficina, el comedor, la sala, el dormitorio, el baño, la cocina, la casa)
I can name city places. (el correo, el hospital, la escuela, la biblioteca, la casa, la tienda, la estación de bomberos, la estación de policía. )
I can say where family members are located in a house. 
I can say where pets are located in a house and city.

Week 5 & 6 Topics: (Lessons 9, 10, 11, 12)
I can recall previously learned concepts. (numbers, days of the week, conversation)
I can say if I like to do various activities.  (run, walk, dance, play, read, play video games, watch T.V.)
I can name various sports. (fútbol, fútbol americano, basquetbol, béisbol, montar a caballo)
I can name 1 thing I like to do and 1 thing I do not like to do.

Week 7 Topics:
I can recall previously learned concepts. 
I can say how old I am. (Review from Part 2)
I can tell you about myself.  (name, age, where I live, what I like to do for fun, favorite color)

Week 8 Topics:
I can recall previously learned concepts.
I can create a project to demonstrate learning.  (poster or writing piece)
Class 1:  directions and group practice
Class 2: presentations and celebrations!
