In this multi-day course, students will engage in math activities using apples, pumpkins, linking cubes, and other fall items. Students will be learning a variety of counting, addition, and subtraction skills.A website and code will be provided after the first lesson to help students practice outside of classtime

Class Experience
Pre requisite - learners should be able to identify numbers 1-20 During each class, a new concept will be introduced to students through slides. These themed activities will focus on helping students learn number words, practice addition, and practice subtraction. This is a great refresher course for students who want to review. And a great introduction class for those just learning addition and subtraction. Learners will receive fall-themed worksheets prior to the start of their first...
Students will improve fine motor skills through tracing, writing, and Coloring Students will be able to, use ten frames and a number line for addition and subtraction
I encourage learners to bring do dot markers, dot stickers, linking cubes, markers, and worksheets to each lesson. Learners will receive their worksheets prior to the lesson. I will make sure to provide the needed supplies in the classroom prior to the start of each lesson.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
