This is the second class in our 3 series Learn to Read program. In my private sessions, I take learners back to the basics, propelling them to their current grade level in reading. Hello! My name is Mrs. JaLes and I am dedicated to proving that learning is effective when kids have the freedom to explore. What do I mean by this? From a early age our kids are learning everything from exploring (touching, engaging, inquiring, investigating, practicing, reassessing, and finally conquering). Then they start school and we add structure and try to make them fit in a box. As a homeschool educator, I challenge my students to live out of the box and achieve greatness by mastering skills based on their learning style and interests. It's truly amazing the facts my kids recall without ever working on memorization and how much improvement in their critical thinking skills I've seen in such a short time.
