Kindergarten Readiness: Art Skills

child safety scissors
crayon, pencil or writing utensil your child has available and is used to using
paint brush
water container with a small amount of water
paper towel or sponge
glue stick or glue bottle 
small stack of colored paper (any paper will do for this play and practice time)
red, yellow & blue washable paint
3 zip top bags
heavy duty tape

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Parents: 
This is a process based art class. Learners will learn through practice, experimentation, discussion. Although we will cut bits of paper and attempt to cut on lines then use those bits of paper to practice glue skills, th end product will not be a piece of artwork.
This class will cover scissor and glue safety and skills, before enrolling please ensure you feel confident in your child's ability to work independently with scissors and glue if you can not be fully present during this class to ensure safety for all.
