Class Experience
This class is one on one instruction with individualized literacy activities geared to the student’s level. An initial assessment will be done using the Developmental Spelling Analysis and information will also be gathered from the learner’s parent or guardian via communication through the classroom. The focus will be on literacy skills such as phonics, phonemic awareness, spelling patterns, vocabulary, reading, decoding, listening, and writing. The teacher will use props, games, and a...
The learner should come with paper and a marker (or) a small whiteboard and Expo marker & eraser.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per class, and maybe some time outside of class.
