This is a full curriculum class where students can come learn a complete full year of Kindergarten curriculum when taken with Units 1-4. It is engaging & fun! Wild & Unstructured Learning allows children to learn through exploration.

Welcome to Wild and Unstructured Learning, where we believe kids learn best when they’re having a blast! In this interactive, project-based class, your child will explore exciting subjects through hands-on activities, movement, and play—all while making friends and having fun! over 7 WeeksLesson 1:
Early Math Concepts
We will practice counting to 90 on a number line together and identifying different numbers to 90. We will practice solving simple subtraction equations with manipulatives. In circle time, we will create patterns about size.

Lesson 2:
Physical Movement & Play, Music & Rhythm, and Geography & Map Fun
We will learn different animal poses in yoga and then we will play "The Floor is Lava". We will discuss safe ways to control our body when we are excited. After, we will stretch to cool down while listening to music of a forest. Then we will learn about the tundra.

Lesson 3:
Phonics & Early Literacy and Prewriting Skills
We will listen to a fairy tale today and discuss the lesson/theme of the story. Then we will learn about the digraph ch. We will do a picture sort and then practice writing 1-2 syllable words that begin with ch.

Science Experiment
We will be learning about and experimenting with colors this week. We will create a chromatography butterfly.

Parental Guidance
play-doh may contain wheat, which could cause an allergic reaction if ingested in those sensitive to wheat gluten or with Celiac disease.
We ask parents to be close by. At this age your child will need guidance and help. Be sure to stay off camera, but be available for them. Thank you!
