US Grade Kindergarten
Welcome to Wild and Unstructured Learning, where we believe kids learn best when they’re having a blast!  In this interactive, project-based class, your child will explore exciting subjects through hands-on activities, movement, and play—all while making friends and having fun!

over 8 Weeks
Lesson 1:
Early Math Concepts
 We will practice counting to 50 on a number line together and identifying different numbers to 50. We will complete patterns and play "Guess My Pattern" during circle time today.

Lesson 2:
Physical Movement & Play and Geography & Map Fun
 We will start with Animal copy cat! Children will copy the movements of an animal and each student will have a turn being the leader. We will do some simple yoga to cool down. Then we will look at a world map together and find the 7 continents and 5 oceans of the world.

Lesson 3:
Phonics & Prewriting Skills
 We will review the short sounds of o and u by completing picture sorts. Then we will practice reading and writing 5 Kindergarten sight words.

Lesson 4:
Science Experiment
 This week we will learn about the life cycle of a frog. We will create a diagram of the life cycle together.

Other Details

Parental Guidance
play-doh may contain wheat, which could cause an allergic reaction if ingested in those sensitive to wheat gluten or with Celiac disease. We ask parents to be close by. At this age your child will need guidance and help. Be sure to stay off camera, but be available for them. Thank you!
