US Grade Kindergarten
In this ongoing course, throughout the summer we will be working in a wide range of subject areas. Learners will develop friends all while getting ready for preschool or kindergarten. This class is perfect for children ages 4 to 6 years old. This ongoing class is for students who know all their letters and letter sounds, as we will be blending sounds and words together. In every meeting time we will start off with the calendar, and the weather. After that we will dive into our activities. Each week will have a different theme and activities will be based off that them. Any items that need to be printed will be posted the week before in the classroom. I would love to have your little one join me in the adventure of early reading, math and so much more. This class will be a mixture of PowerPoints, stories, movements, and a lot of hands on activities! I take pride is creating all my own content and handouts in which you will have access too. Each day the of week, our focus will be on a different subject area. I will break down the subject for each day below: Monday: Art Tuesday: Math Wednesday: CVC words Thursday: Site words/science/ history

Hello everyone! My name is Ashley, I live in the United States, throughout the last 12 years I have been a preschool teacher, after-school program director and a general manager. I built my way up in the same company and have worn many hats. I have in depth experience working with children of all ages. In 2011, I received my bachelors degree in human development and Human Resources with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. More recently, since 2020, I have been teaching on Outschool. This has been my favorite position yet!! What I love about education and teaching children is the connection that I am able to form with them.
