Kindergarten Art Class
This is a full year kindergarten art course with breaks throughout the school year. In the class kindergarten students will learn about shapes, colors, cutting, pasting, and creativity through fun and self-guided daily projects!

Beginner Level
This is a full year kindergarten art course with breaks throughout the school year. In the class kindergarten students will learn about shapes, colors, cutting, pasting, and creativity through fun and self-guided daily projects! Each lesson we will learn about a new shape, color, and each unit learn about a new artist and how he relates to the colors and shapes we have been discussing. We will begin with a discussion about the main topic for the day (Shape, Color, Artist) and follow that by a hands-on activity/ craft that is related. We will have time to show off our art at the end of each class and have small discussion about art in-between. Classroom engagement and discussion will be encouraged to share ideas! I included in the syllabus the weekly topics and will let parents know of the materials needed well before each class.

8 Lessons
over 8 WeeksLesson 1:
Circles
Week one will be all about the color red and finding circles in everyday life - We will use circles to make a picture of red apples. 35 mins online live lesson
Lesson 2:
Triangles
Week two will be all about the color green and finding triangles in everyday life - We will make trees using triangles! 35 mins online live lesson
Lesson 3:
Hearts
Week three will be all about the color yellow and finding hearts in everyday life- we will use our thumbs to fill in hearts with the color yellow! 35 mins online live lesson
Lesson 4:
Ovals
Week four will be all about the color purple and finding ovals in everyday life - we will make purple spiders out of ovals! 35 mins online live lesson
