My class is based off the show, Lego Masters. In this course, learners will be asked to build items and structures out of Legos based on the challenges that I Issue. After building, learners will share their builds with me and others in the class. Unlike the show, it is not a competition, because this class not about winning, it's about challenging ourselves and sharing our creations and love for Legos. This course will meet on zoom 4 times total. Once a week for 4 weeks. First meeting:...
1 file available upon enrollmentLegos!! Any kind of Legos. challenges can be done with whatever amount or kind you already have around the house. No need to go out and buy more unless you want to. 2 to 3 heavy books. For the bridge making challenge Learners will need access to heavy books. Like textbooks. books should be anywhere from 2-5 lbs. but you don't need to know exactly what they weigh for this challenge. It's just to see if the bridge can hold any kind of weight.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
