Kids Learn Italian With a Native Speaker - Words, Sentences, Fun! - Ages 4-7

Learn Italian with a native speaker! 

In this weekly course, we will learn basic vocabulary and sentences in Italian. Students can join as total beginners, or as students who have basic Italian knowledge. Each week we will learn new words and sentences following a theme such as, numbers, clothes, weather, basic verbs, etc. I will guide students through the classes with an interactive approach to learning. First, a little bit of background about me: I am a native Italian speaker from Florence, Italy with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from the University of Pisa. I have over four years of teaching experience in ESL and in Italian as a second language. I am extremely passionate about teaching and very lively in class. I want my students to have fun while learning. 

What will students learn in this course? In class, we will apply vocabulary and sentences to games and interactive activities. Outside of class, students will receive the materials to practice at home. Class sizes will be smaller to support the students and help them with pronunciation. Below is a breakdown of the topics covered in class.

Students can join or leave at any time throughout the course. Topics do not build on each other each week, but I will introduce a new topic weekly.

Week of January 9th: Supermarket and food vocabulary
Week of January 16th: At the park vocabulary and sentences
Week of January 23rd: At school vocabulary and sentences
Week of January 30th: Parts of the body and describe yourself part 1
Week of February 6th: Describe yourself 
Week of February 13th: No class
Week of February 20th: Weather lesson part 1
Week of February 27th: Seasons lesson


**** Materials provided:
Students will receive worksheets and materials to practice after class. These materials will be posted after the live meeting is over. Students will also receive a video of me pronouncing the vocabulary and sentences so they can have extra practice at home.

- Class times are approximate and may end a few minutes late if we are finishing an activity. 
- This class is ongoing, therefore it is a weekly subscription.
- If a student misses a lesson they will have access to the recorded lesson and if they need extra practice or some help with the material please send me a message.
