Class experience
In this class we learn all the tips and tricks for successful pie-making. We will make a seasonal pie, from scratch, in our class, as well as learn a little bit of the science behind successful baking. This class is a live, cook-along class so please be prepared to make a pie and have your ingredients ready! You will not only be able to bake your own pie to share with your friends and family, but also ask questions along the way! The techniques are simple and can be used as you grow your...

Tools or supplies needed: 2 mixing bowls rolling pin Pastry Mat or flat, clean countertop Pie Plate Pastry Cutter or 2 dinner knives Dry and Liquid measuring cups Zester or fine grater Pie weights or Dry beans w/ foil Wooden spoon scrapers measuring spoons 3+ quart pot Fine Strainer Hand or Stand Mixer with whisk beaters ** We will be using the stove top and the oven for this class. Adult Supervision is necessary for young learners!
