Class Experience

These Halloween Mini Cheesecakes are super easy and fun to make! They make a great snack or dessert! Yum!

During class learners will learn about reading a recipe, measuring out ingredients and mixing the ingredients together and baking their cheesecakes. I will be provided with instruction via power point, pictures, verbal directions and live cooking demo on how to prepare and bake this recipe. I do not always have a live demo in class because I like to be able to devote my attention to the...

Ingredients:
3 blocks cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
18 Oreos
1 tsp vanilla
Black food coloring
Pick 1: Neon green, Neon Purple, Neon Pink, Orange or Red food coloring

Helpful Tools:
Cupcake Pan
Cupcake Liner
Hand or Stand Mixer
Mixing Spoon and Spatula

40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

You know your child so please be available close by if they need help. Cheesecakes will be prepared during class, but they will need to be baked after class.
