In this 1 week class, we will bake the most wonderful Disney desserts! We will bake everything from Magic Cookie Bars to Edible Cookie Dough. This is a camp you don't want to miss if you love eating Disney food.

Day #1 - Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup butter softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1¼ cups sugar divided
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup peanut butter chips
¼ cup sugar

Day #2 - Magic Cookie Bars
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup butter melted
6 ounces of chocolate chips
6 ounces of butterscotch chips
1 cup flaked sweetened coconut
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 
1 cup pecan halves chopped

Day #3 - Edible Cookie Dough
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (you can either buy heat-treated or we can heat treat regular flour in class)
2 Tablespoons milk
4 Tablespoons sprinkles (jimmies)
8 mini Oreos

Day #4 - Peanut Butter Sandwich Bars
14 whole graham cracker sheets
2 cups of creamy peanut butter
8 tablespoons softened butter
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
3 ½ cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons shortening
4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Wax Paper
Mixing Bowl/Spoons
The microwave will be used
2 hours 40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
You know your child so please be available close by if they need help. Recipes will be prepared during class, but they will need to be baked after class.
