Class Experience
In this interactive, hands-on baking class, students will learn 4 classic French desserts. They will learn the following recipes: Week 1: Tarte Tatin Week 2: Clafoutis Week 3: Crepes Week 4: Profiteroles/Cream Puffs Learners can submit weekly photos of their creations (1 recipe will be made per week), for teacher feedback and assistance. There will also be fun fact trivia and/or discussion board questions. Students will have input on flavor combinations for the clafoutis and crepes and will...
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will be using knives, stovetops, ovens, blenders, and mixers for this class. Please make sure your student feels comfortable with these items or have parental supervision available. Allergies in these recipes: egg, dairy, wheat
