Teacher Monica, here. I have been an elementary teacher for 12 years. My passion is to teach students in a unique way that allows them to enjoy learning. My goal is that every student that enters my classroom, finds a love in their learning journey, whether that be with reading or math, and may be even both! In my most recent teaching years, I have been teaching full time online. These past 4 years of teaching online instead of in person, has taught me different ways to connect and keep students engage virtually in special ways. I hold a BA degree in Early Childhood Education and a MA degree in Educational Theory and Practice.
