Class Experience

Students will learn the basics of the Latin language including noun declensions, verb conjugations, vocabulary, and simple sentence translations.
Students will be assigned skills to practice as well as vocabulary memorization. The homework should be about 10-15 minutes daily 5 days of the week.
Once enrolled, the student will receive pdf files with resources needed in class.
The learner will receive informal assessment within the first 10 minute review section of the class as well as the last 5 minutes of practicing the new skill or concept. The review game days will also allow for informal assessment. The teacher will also write up feedback to the parent after every session to let them know areas which may require extra practice and celebrating skills that have been mastered.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
