Latin learning is not only a boost in the SAT scores, but a brain exercise as well as a English grammar lesson in understanding that parts of speech and how they work together on a particular word order. Students will learn the basic building blocks of the Latin Language. This is includes nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, Latin sayings and sentence translations. This course will also prepare them for the next step in their Latin studies, my Live Like a Roman- Cambridge Latin class.
There is no specific homework but students are recommended to review the vocabulary for 15 minutes a day to grow in their Latin studies.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
There is no formal assessment but informal assessment through review games.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
