Get ready to punch, kick, and move in this high-energy Kickboxing for Kids class, designed specifically for ages 9-14! This fun and dynamic class combines fitness, self-defense techniques, and martial arts movements to help kids stay active, build strength, and boost confidence. Let's Kick It!

What to Expect:

Basic Kickboxing Techniques: Learn the fundamentals of kickboxing, including punches, kicks, and defensive moves.

Full-Body Workout: Each session includes warm-ups, kickboxing drills, and a cool-down to promote strength, coordination, and endurance.

Boost Confidence: Practice self-defense techniques while building confidence and self-discipline in a supportive environment.

Fun and Engaging Movement and GAMES: This class is designed to keep kids moving and motivated with fun routines and challenges. At the end of every workout we always play a FUN  and interactive GAME! 

Socialization: Making friends and taking time to get to know each member of the club is a big part of all Ready Set Fitness Kids classes! Seeing the kiddos get to know one another brings ALL THE JOY to our classrooms! 

No Experience Needed: Perfect for beginners and all fitness levels. Everyone is welcome to join and improve at their own pace!

Every session is designed to keep you moving, learning, and feeling like a real champ! Whether you're new to kickboxing or ready to sharpen your skills, this is going to be a fun and empowering experience. So grab your water bottle, bring your energy, and get ready to punch, kick, and power up! 💦👊

The goal of this class is to help promote a love for physical exercise and health! I seek to do this by providing a comfortable and inviting environment for learners while we also build camaraderie with one another!

Other Details

Parental Guidance
Parental guidance is suggested just to make sure your child is staying hydrated and resting when needed. But don't worry! We will take plenty of group water and breathing breaks! Please make sure you have a small, clear space to exercise in. It is suggested to wear athletic sneakers.
