1 hour per week. Our homework is simple: 1) Read the recipe, 2) Gather your ingredients, 3) Prepare the food, 4) EAT!!

Class Experience

If you're hungry, you're in the right place! In this 4 lesson course, your learner and I will prepare 4 keto dishes your whole family will enjoy! 

Since this is a self-paced class, there are no live meetings. For each lesson, I'll upload several links/files into the classroom. These will include a printable recipe, a short ingredient preview video, and a cooking video. In the cooking video, I'll prepare the meal in such a way that your learner can follow right along! You'll be able to pause, replay, and skip sections as necessary. This is the perfect set-up for cooking/baking, because you can go at your own pace! 

As you'll notice below, our course's menu takes us through one whole day of meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Dessert.  I hope you'll find something you enjoy!

Here is our menu:
Week 1: Breakfast - Lemon Cream Cheese Muffins
Week 2: Lunch - Mini Taco Bites with Homemade Guacamole
Week 3: Dinner - Blackened Chicken With Alfredo Sauce Served over Broccoli (or your choice of vegetable)
Week 4: Dessert - Classic Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce

Sweetener is one of the most discussed issues with KETO baking. There are many good choices on the market! Swerve, Pure, and Gentle Sweet and great options, but you're welcome to use the sweetener of your choice.

Supply List
The learner is responsible for reading the recipe and gathering the ingredients. A printable copy of the recipe will be provided each week.
