In this class, we will use our critical thinking skills to discuss the importance of identifying our emotions. We will brainstorm ways we can manage our emotions and learn how to use self-regulation coping skills to keep our cool!

Class Experience

Students will improve their understanding of different emotions and will learn how to self-regulate their emotions. 
As an educator, I have experience working with children on their social-emotional skills and have completed training in developing SEL lessons.  
 1 file available upon enrollment
One page handout Extra Paper Pencil
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
