Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Students will learn to stay active with simple fitness movements while having fun dancing. Learning to follow the teacher step by step during the dance routine can also help with memorization skills.
I am a licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor. Since I was 14 years old, I have been working out. I encourage my six children to stay active as well. I work out in my free time. I love to hula hoop and do yoga. In addition, I am a dancer. I have homeschooled for 20 years and coordinated fitness classes in an educational co-op. At least 4 days a week, I go walking with my younger sons. Staying active is very important to me.
