Class Experience

If students would like to join a multi-session course, it is encouraged that they practice what they learn in this introductory class, as these are some of the basic building blocks of karate and are taught and built upon in subsequent lessons. 
Just a water bottle and comfortable/appropriate athletic clothing (i.e., no skirts or dresses).
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Students will be asked if they would like to demonstrate a short sequence of techniques. There is no formal assessment for this one-time class.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
It is highly recommended that a parent is present to monitor the child's safety (e.g., ensure a clear and safe training area).
