Class Experience
In this fun, one-day class, students will use the trivia app, Kahoot!, to compete against other students in their knowledge of South America. Students do not necessarily need any previous knowledge of the identify and location of countries in South America, but as it is a competition, it might be useful to review before taking the class. Students will compete against others (and themselves) in their knowledge of the names and locations of the countries in South America.
I suggest using a second device for the Kahoot! app to prevent lagging or disconnection from the class Zoom meeting.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
