Join us and play the classic Kpop game Random Dance Play! Enjoy many of your favorite choreographies with other students who love the same music that you do. Don't know the choreography? No problem! Feel free to freestyle dance as much as you want. Love to show off the choreographies you've learned? Show us what you've got! (For anyone wanting to practice the choreographies that will be played during the game, there is a full song list at the end of the class description.) Random Dance Play is a game that has been played for many years by many Kpop fans all over the world. How does it work? You will hear a short countdown, and then a Kpop song will begin to play. Try to dance to as many songs as you can, and most importantly, have fun with it! Parental Guidance
Be sure students come to class wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, have enough space to dance, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
A knowledge of Kpop music is required for this class since this is an activity and NOT a class where they will be learning choreography. There is a song list at the end of the class description if any student wishes to practice the choreography before class!

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Hello! My name is Celina and I'm so excited to share my love of dance with you! I graduated with a BA in Theatre Performance and have experience working in a school as a paraprofessional educator, student-teaching children's theatre classes, tutoring language classes, and teaching ESL online! I love teaching fun dance classes of many different levels to get students moving and enjoying themselves. Many of my classes are rooted in K-pop choreography, because this is something I am passionate about, and I know a lot of young people love K-pop too! If you love K-pop, know a little bit about K-pop, or even have never heard of K-pop in your life, you will still enjoy yourself in these classes. I believe it's super important for kids and teens to have fun while getting exercise in and staying active, and I want to put an emphasis on "no pressure" in my classes.
