Class Experience

The students will learn how to keep active with basic fitness and dance moves. They will also learn warm-up and cool down exercises. 
I have over 17 years of dance experience where I specialize in street/pop/hip-hop dance. I have been a K-Pop cover dancer for more than 4 years and have taught K-Pop dance classes for over 3 years for a K-Pop dance club that I co-founded where I've taught kids, teens and adults. Throughout this time, I have co-ordinated performances and performed in many UK National K-Pop competitions and Korean culture events. I have also participated in various workshops taught by professional Korean choreographers that have worked in the K-Pop industry. 
In my own time, I enjoy keeping active at home using 'at-home' workouts which I have combined with my knowledge of dance and K-Pop to create K-Cardio classes which I have taught to kids and teens for 3 years. 
-Comfortable attire and footwear appropriate for dancing -6ft x 6ft space to move around in -Water
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Due to this being a movement class, please ensure your child has an open space to move in (6ft x 6ft) and ensure there are no objects nearby for potential collisions. Students must wear appropriate attire and footwear for dancing. Please also have water available to drink as needed throughout the class. The class will feature a 4 minute stretching/low intensity warm up and 4 minute stretching cool down, however additional stretching prior/after the class is also encouraged based on the individual's personal needs. Although unlikely, injuries may occur if students do not have enough open space, adequate stretching, or parental supervision during class. Students are welcome to stop at any time if they feel overexerted.
