This ongoing class is designed for parents that have requested ongoing tutoring sessions in reading and/or math.
Class experience
US Grade Kindergarten - 3
Each student will be given a quick skills assessment at the beginning of the first tutoring session to determine the key skills needed to be addressed. If parents would like, they can provide assessments or school material needed to be considered in lesson design. Printables will be provided and individualized notes will be provided to parents fo r skills practice following each session. I have 24 years of experience working with students in both general education and special education and across all spectrums of individualized needs including low-incidence disabilities and academically-gifted students. I have college certification in Reading Foundations, Math Foundations, Reading Specialist, Curriculum and Instruction Specialist and Exceptional Children Certificates for all subject areas and in administration
