Each week the lesson will include a warm-up, stretch, basic Jazz technique and choreography to the song "Just Dance" by Lady Gaga! This is a FLEX class.
Class experience
The weekly video lesson will include a Jazz dance warm-up and stretch. Jazz technique will then be taught. New choreography will be taught each week to "Just Dance" by Lady Gaga! This fun Jazz Dance routine will be accomplished by the end of the 4 weeks. A new video will be posted every Monday morning, giving the dancers a whole week to learn the new choreography! The goal is to learn Jazz Dance technique and incorporate it into a great routine and have some fun without the pressure of a group class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Please be sure your learner has an open space for moving, free of obstacles. Sneakers or barefoots and comfortable/stretchy clothing is recommended. A water bottle is always great.
