In this Camp, participants will have fun coding and engineering contraptions related to STEM while sharing their designs with other kids their same age and similar creative and artistic pursuits.

Each session is full of projects based on Passion, Collaboration with Peers, and a Playful Spirit. It is full of hands-on Memorable, Meaningful, and Motivating activities, specially designed for girls and boys, 5 to 6 years old. This camp is a discovery enrichment program where the only academic requirement is a passion for learning and creating. We will use household materials to build two projects and a computer language to code two animations. In this online live course, each student will: - Participate in a class with other children his/her age group (5 - 6), discovering how the engineering process and coding are a part of everyday life. - Enjoy 5+ hours of personalized project-based instruction and interest-based projects. - Learn to design, build, create two models using household materials that will require an engineer's eye. - Learn to code, design, and create two animations using a coding platform design for young learners. - Collaborate with small groups (6 campers maximum per session) with one adult certified live instructor. These diverse courses will guide your child to develop basic engineering skills by teaching them how to create, build, and program computers and engineer contraptions using materials easily found at home.
Learning Goals
In our Summer Camp, campers will learn the basics of coding and engineering, understanding their steps to create a successful design.
Students will put on their coding and engineering caps in this camp and test their abilities by creating different projects related to the commands learned throughout the class.
With the instructor's guide, students will learn that they, too, can be a part of the coding and engineering future.

Please be aware that we use household materials, and the use of some like scissors, rubber bands and glue/tape might need some adult supervision.
